Parfum Orient prepares and ships orders from France.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is generally 2 to 5 business days for France, excluding exceptional circumstances, periods of high activity, or events beyond our control.

For international destinations, the delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected carrier. The delivery time and any applicable fees are indicated during checkout.

Free delivery

France: free delivery on orders of €50 or more.

International: free delivery on orders of €80 or more.

Below these thresholds, applicable delivery fees are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Tracking

When the shipping method allows it, a tracking number may be provided to the customer to track the progress of their parcel.

Delivery issue

In the event of a significant delay, damaged parcel, or delivery issue, contact us at contact@parfumorient.com and include your order number. We will assist you with the necessary steps.

International orders

For deliveries outside France, taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. When payable by the recipient, they are not included in the order price.
