For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned. However, any unopened product in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service team with your order number. We will send you the return instructions within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

What is an oriental dupe?
A dupe is a perfume that is olfactively inspired by a fragrance from a major brand, without copying its name or bottle. Oriental houses such as Lattafa, Afnan, and Rasasi create fragrances inspired by Western bestsellers, often with a higher concentration and a much more accessible price.
Are your dupes counterfeit products?
No. Our dupes are original perfumes from recognized oriental brands. They do not copy the names or packaging of major brands—they are inspired by them solely in terms of scent. This is a legal and common practice in the perfume industry.
