Return and Refund Policy

At Oriental Perfume, your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with French law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened and unused
• The product must be in its intact original packaging
• The return must be made within 14 days after notifying us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal

Return Procedure

1. Contact us by email at contact@dahbya.fr, stating your order number and the reason for the return
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions
3. Ship the product by tracked Colissimo at your own expense
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will issue the refund

Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the order.

Exceptions

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, unsealed or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
